The Elbaite of Adamello Area were discovered in 1999 and the exceptional importance of teh discovery is due to the fact that it has been done in one of the most studies area of the Alpine region.
The Natural Museum of Milan toghether with the Adamello Park dig it out in 2001 and recover a large part of the mineralization, gathering a precious scientific documentation
