Who we are , why to buy from this site ?

We are a group of friends from Italy with the hobby of mineral collecting. We started collecting minerals in the 80's-90's and then we decided to start this  experience on the Web since 1999 . 

We aim to be a professional web site, but  mainly we are rockhounders and our main pourpose is to offer mineral specimens for every collector in the world : beginner, intermediate, advanced at cheap or anyway reasonible prices. Ordering and purchasing 

Any mineral order can be made in two different ways: 

Online cart enables you to add to a virtual cart all the specimens you are interested to buy and to have an easy and speed way of placing your order and payment. THIS IS DEFINETELY THE SAFEST AND BEST WAY  to submit an order . For further details refer to Cart shopping 

Send an email to webminerals@libero.it  . We'll process your e-mail and we'll contact you back in the quickest time . If you don' receive any answer please consider that email can be  filtered accidentally by anti-Spam software, or can anyway be lost, so in this case feel free to contact us again.

Shipping 

We normally ship items within one week the transaction is completed ; you yould receive the specimens in two-three weeks maximum since you have placed your order . 

Each specimen is carefully packed and wrapped and any parcel is with specific resistant carton bexes. We have a statistic of more than 98% specimens that arrived safely without any damage to the final customer .  We can ship the specimens with any of the most used carriers. Our suggested method is international airmail registered shipping. This method applies to small parcels up to 2 Kg, it reaches all the countries in the world and is relatively cheap  ( 8 - 15 € as average ), in addition the parcel can be traced online . Policies

We have incredible statistics, with almost  99% of our transactions completed with mutual satisfaction, nevertheless we apply a policy for complete satisfaction of our customers. Right of withdrawal and refund for damaged or lost specimens are applied.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of goods. All we ask is that you contact us directly by e-mail describing the problem. A refund for the purchase price less shipping will be issued as soon as we receive the specimen(s) back in unaltered condition with all labels. Please pack them to survive the trip. Sorry, shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Postage for returned merchandise is at your cost. For further details see our policies
